A nice place to eat pizza by the slice! Definitely would recommend to friends and family. It's in a scenic part of town that I enjoy. The times I've went the pizza is hot, fresh, and consistently good.
What a delight it was to eat at Sweet Basil. I sampled two of each slices of their pizzas. A full afternoon is needed here. Best pizza ever!!!!! It will be a must to return on my next trip in April.
Today, Sweet Basil staff welcomed our Stronger Families team for lunch. Our team was immediately welcomed by the staff. The restaurant was clean and smelled amazing. The gourmet pizzas were some of the best we have had. Lots of seating. Great venue that allowed for a large group. Thank you!!!
This was a terrific lunch spot on our day trip to Walla Walla. At this pizzeria, you place you order at the counter, then take a number to your table and food is brought to you. Pizza is available by the slice here, so I had 2 different slices and a house salad. The staff was friendly, the food was delicious, and the restroom was clean.
Finally, my favorite pizza from back East. Ricotta, mozzarella, olive oil, crushed red pepper, sausage and mushroom. And, its foldable! Great looking and great flavor. The cook on this pizza is light brown bubbling topping. Excellent! It felt like staff went out of their way to make this pizza to spec. But, I have a sense that it is common for staff to meet customer requests.
Great location and great pizza! Must try the dill pickle pizza! Quality ingredients and delicious! The Italian salad was basic but still quality ingredients.
What a great place to grab a slice or a whole pizza and lounge in the square. I had the bbq chicken gluten free pizza and wow it was delicious. I always had the pesto with artichoke, basil, and cheese. These people know how to do pizza. The best part is the closed off street outside of the shop to lounge with friends or family. Give them a try you won't be disappointed. Let them know I sent you.
This place is simply the best kept secret in all of Washington. Amazing pizza. I ordered a calzone and it was perfect. I couldn’t eat it all in one setting so I took it , saved it, reheated in the morning and still perfect. I love the way they toss the dough for everyone to see! Beer selection is great too. The service was superb. I can’t wait to eat here again.
The salad and slice combo is a great deal, very satisfied with the portions for the price. We ordered a third slice to share, and they graciously cut it in half for us. Food was hot and served in a timely manner. Thin crust was firm and crispy, just how we like it. Some flavors were particularly potent, such as the BBQ sauce on the Luau and the gorgonzola on the potato pizza. This isn't a negative for us, but could be for some. Dining room had sufficient seating with bus your own table policy, bathroom was clean. Will return and ready to try more options.
It's a really nice spot, the pizza is unique and tastes amazing, and outside the pizza place is a really nice spot to just sit and eat, or socialize.
